Warranty
The one-year product warranty is only valid in metropolitan France for now.
All products purchased from wearetrigram.com come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear, tear, material and feature fading, animal damage or pen/ink spills. For warranty claims, please contact Customer Service at hello@wearetrigram.com or on the Contact form.
If you make a claim of your purchase within the 1-year warranty period and we accept the claim, we will offer you a replacement or repair of your product, with free shipping. We will refund your shipping costs for returning the item.
Returns
We offer customers to return purchased products for Exchange or Refund within 14 days after reception of goods.
Returned goods must be in unused conditions and must be returned in the intact original packaging including all tags, or otherwise will not be accepted. All orders are sent in shipping boxes, which can be re-used for returns. Shipments do not include a return label.
For Exchange, we offer free returns for Exchanges in metropolitan France only. For all other locations, return shipment for Exchanges must be arranged by you and at your own expenses.
For Refund, return shipment must be arranged by you and at your own expenses. We recommend using a service with tracking and insurance.
Please note that you must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by trigram. Once the returned product is received by trigram, the return will be processed for an Exchange or Refund as per your request within 30 days. trigram will cover the cost for outgoing shipping of Exchanges in metropolitan France only, but reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer in some circumstances.

Payments
trigram currently accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Apple Pay. Payments are made by credit card, via Paypal or Stripe. trigram does not accept checks or bank transfers. All payment information is sent securely to trigram, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. wearetrigram.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. All prices include French VAT. wearetrigram.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. wearetrigram.com prices are shown in the following currencies: Euro (€).
Shipping
wearetrigram.com sends all packages with Mondial Relay or Colissimo (La Poste) in France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Belgium and Luxembourg. To all the international destinations Colissimo International is used. Shipping times for regular service outside of metropolitan France is 5-13 business days, and as a regular service in metropolitan France 2-3 business days. wearetrigram.com is not responsible for delays in customs processes outside the EU. All shipping times are guiding. Deliveries are sent to the address entered into the order form which must be located in a country where delivery is possible. International shipping costs vary from country to country. The exact cost of shipping is calculated at checkout stage. The minimum order value to be eligible for free shipping is shown on wearetrigram.com under Shipping & Payment. Local customs and duties may apply on import. These are not covered by trigram, and need to be paid by the customer. Delivery is subject to the following conditions:
- We deliver from Monday to Friday;
- We will attempt delivery of your package to the delivery address at least twice. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if no-one has signed for receipt of your package;
- If you did not pick-up your package at a Mondial Relay Station Point 14 days after arrival at pick-up point, we will contact you. If we cannot reach out to you within 3 days, we reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
- You are responsible for a package once delivery has been received:
- You should inspect the products within a reasonable time once you receive them, and it will be deemed that you accept the product unless you have informed us that you do not accept it within 14 days of receiving the product.

Coupon Code Terms
Coupon codes can only be redeemed online. Only one coupon code may be redeemed per customer. Coupon codes may require a minimum Euro value purchase. Coupon codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, promotions, shipping specials or other promotional offers. Coupon codes must be entered at the cart in order to be applied to your order. Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Coupon Codes may be subject to expiration in which case, the coupon code will expire at GMT+1, regardless of the physical time zone/location of the code holder.
